Anvil Guys & Dads Retreat | 2022

Calling all middle and high school guys and their dads!

ANVIL, our annual guys retreat is coming, February 25-26! We will be staying local and heading to Camp Widjiwagan to spend time in the Word, worship together, fellowship with one another, and have some fun in the process! Come hang, bring your friends, invite your dads, and get ready for the best 20 hours of your life.

REGISTRATION OPENS: Wednesday, January 12 at 5:00 PM
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Sunday, February 20 at 11:59 PM

STUDENT COST: $100

LEADER & DAD COST: $50

• If you are a Dad who would like to attend Anvil with your son, or a leader who would like to serve at Anvil, please complete the following online registration form.DAD & LEADER REGISTRATION

• YMCA Waiver

Please complete and turn into the Student Ministry office no later than Sunday, February 20.

**Sunday, February 6th a notary will be available on the Brentwood Campus in the Connection Center from 8:30 AM- Noon and will be collecting required paperwork at that time.  You can also call the Harpeth Heights Church office to arrange a time for your paperwork to be notarized.**

CHECK-IN

Friday, February 25 | 6:00 p.m. in the Gallery by the Connection Cafe | Brentwood Campus – Please use Entrance F

Every student MUST check-in.
PLEASE EAT DINNER BEFORE YOU COME!

RETURN

Saturday, February 26 at approximately 4:00 PM Connection Center Parking Lot.

CANCELLATION – REFUND POLICY

If you find you need to cancel, please notify Anna Brackins-Gilmore in the Student Ministry as soon as possible at 615.324.6126 or [email protected]. Before Monday, February 14, you will receive a full refund. After February 14, the deposit is non-refundable (except in circumstances such as the death of a family member or physical illness). This is due to trip costs already incurred.
