What is Mission 615? It’s a local mission experience that allows our middle school students to see the needs in our own area code and respond in Christ-like love. This year, each grade level will get to be a part of a one day serving experience based on the grade they have just completed. Space is limited to 40 each day, so sign up today to reserve your student’s spot!
Cost: $15 | Due with Registration
Cost includes transportation and lunch for your student.
*Please note this year’s Mission 615 is not a multi-day, overnight experience. By completing this form your student will be registered to participate for one of the dates below based on the grade they have just completed.
June 28 (Grade 6) | June 29 (Grade 7) | June 30 (Grade 8)
Are you interested in leading students at Mission 615? We would love to have you join us! We need leaders willing to help lead students in serving and in a small group setting, as well as adults comfortable driving a 12-passenger van. Sign-up for one day or all three at the registration link below!
Before heading out to serve, each student will be required to complete two intentional training components in preparation:
Monday, June 21 | 5:30 PM | Hudson Hall | Brentwood Campus
During this meeting, we’ll share details about the journey and what your student can expect. This will also be an opportunity for you to make final payments and turn in any required documents ahead of check-in!
Please complete and turn in the following forms to your campus student ministry office no later than the parent meeting on Monday, June 21.
REQUIRED FOR EACH STUDENT and LEADER:
OTHER FORMS:
Additional paperwork may be required for your student’s serving location. We will update this website with any additional forms as serving locations are finalized. For your convenience, we will be collecting paperwork on the following dates in the Connection Center (Brentwood Campus) with a notary available:
**Paperwork can be turned in at any time before June 21 to your campus Student Ministry office.**
We have intentionally made adjustments to this year’s Mission 615 experience to try to account for the need for continued caution as it relates to COVID safety. This includes shortening the experience to be one-day per grade rather than an overnight, multi-day journey.
We will continue to monitor all information concerning COVID as we get closer to the event. Should any additional safety measures be needed, we will keep all registered participants informed as we get closer to the event and are better able to determine what might be needed.
The schedule below is the same for each grade’s designated serving day.
8:00 AM Check In | Hudson Hall | Brentwood Campus
2:00 PM Parent Pick-Up | Connection Center | Brentwood Campus
If you need to cancel please notify the student ministry office as soon as possible at 615-324-6126 or [email protected] Due to trip cost already incurred, there will be no refunds for cancellations* after registration closes on June 20th except under special circumstances as determined by the ministers.
*Does not apply to extenuating circumstances, such as death of a family member, COVID required quarantine/sickness or other physical illness.
