Campus Advisory Team Nominations
Help shape the future of our campus by nominating leaders for the Campus Advisory Team. These members will support and care for our campus while providing insight to our Trustees. Nominate someone starting Sunday, February 9!
Prayer & Card Ministry
Join us for the Prayer and Card Ministry on Tuesday, February 4, from 9:00-11:00 a.m. in the Deacon and Nurture Team Workroom. This meaningful time of prayer and encouragement is open to everyone as we come together to care for our church family and community.
Homebound Ministry Deliveries
Join us in sharing love and encouragement with our Harpeth Heights family. After the worship service on February 9, pick up a prepared basket or bag outside the Fellowship Hall and deliver it to one of our homebound members. This is a wonderful opportunity for families to serve together by visiting, praying, and sharing God’s love with those who are unable to attend in person.
Gal-entines
Celebrate Gal-entines with us on Thursday, February 13, from 6:30–8:00 p.m. in Wilson Hall at the Brentwood Campus! This special evening is designed for the women in our widows’ ministry to enjoy fun and fellowship together.
Crafts for Missions
Use your creativity to support missions locally and globally! Join us in the gym on Monday, February 10, from 9:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m. (with a lunch break at 11:30 a.m.) to craft quilts, Scripture cards, and more to advance the gospel.
Gospel Conversations Lab
Gospel conversations are at the heart of our church’s DNA, and we want to help you feel confident sharing the gospel with those around you. Join us for Gospel Conversation Labs on Wednesdays February 12 & 19 from 6–7:30 p.m. at Harpeth Heights—dinner starts at 5:30 p.m. The children will eat and then continue with their usual Wednesday night IMPACT activities.
Family Equipping Night
Join us on Friday, February 28, from 6:00–8:00 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall for an evening designed to encourage and equip families. Enjoy dinner, dessert, and table discussions as guest speaker Linc Taylor shares practical insights to strengthen your family’s faith journey. For $10 per family, you’ll also receive a copy of his new book, while kids enjoy fun activities in the Kids area and gym.
Student Summer Kickoff
Harpeth Heights students, join us on May 7 from 6:30 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. as we kick off summer with worship and a water slide! Worship Jesus with us, hear devotionals, and enjoy fellowship over pizza—maybe even ice cream! Invite your friends and come expecting a gospel-centered gathering.
Jumping Into Summer
Kick off summer with Preschool and Kids Ministries at Urban Air in Franklin! Join us on Saturday, May 31, from 2:00–4:00 p.m. for an afternoon of jumping, laughter, and fun with friends.
Vacation Bible School
Summer is almost here, and so is Vacation Bible School! Families, bring your kids and preschoolers to discover the wonders of God’s amazing world and magnify His greatness. Join us Monday, June 16–Thursday, June 19, 9:00 a.m.– 12:00 p.m.
Beach Camp
Harpeth Heights Students, we’re heading back to the beach! Get ready for an unforgettable week at Beach Camp in Panama City, FL, June 27-30! Students in grades 6–12, join us for worship, community, and fun in the sun.
Kids Connect Camp 2025
Summer is just around the corner, and we have the best opportunity for your kids: Kids Connect Camp is BACK on July 14–18! This day camp is for kids who have completed Kindergarten-5th Grade by June 2025 and offers a week full of adventure, creative exploration, forge new friendships and time for them to grow in their faith! Secure your child’s spot now for a week of non-stop fun. Every camper gets snacks, a camp t-shirt, and memories to last a lifetime.
Splash Pad & Snow Cones
Beat the summer heat with a morning of fun at the Splash Pad! Join us on Saturday, July 19, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Burns Park in Kingston Springs for water play and delicious snow cones. Bring your preschoolers and kids to 501 Park Street for a cool and fun-filled morning with friends!
Clarkston Student Mission Journey: July 11–18
Students will travel to Clarkston, GA, known as “the most diverse square mile in America,” to serve refugee communities alongside the North American Mission Board. Through service and outreach, they’ll share the love of Christ and experience the impact of living out their faith.
Back to School Foam Party
Let’s end the summer with a splash! Join us at The Church at Harpeth Heights on Saturday, August 2, from 1:00-3:00 p.m. for a Back to School Foam Party. Bylaw Revision Vote Results
The proposed Bylaw Revision Vote has overwhelmingly passed! These revisions include the adoption of Baptist Faith and Message 2000, the creation of campus-level Trustee Advisory Teams, and the introduction of electronic voting options. We’re grateful for your faithfulness in participating in this process.
